  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of your delivery date.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all accessories and power cables are included to qualify for a full refund.
